- Scrum Master of teams delivering solutions for the Americas Region (USA, Brazil, Costa Rica, Spain and Portugal) in the Head Office located in Spain
- Scrum events facilitator: Sprint Planning (with poker planning), Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives

Since the very first moment, I realized that the way to manage IT and Software must to be different than managing other fields. Then I started learning by myself, reading articles, consulting webpages, wacthing webinars, etc. This is what I like to call my "agile transformation", and I began putting all those good practices on a daily basis.
